You get this: We listen to what you can afford and provide a True Quote without any surprises. Even though costs are rising for building materials, we’ll be transparent about any changes along the way. Plus, If we can do the work at a lower price than estimated, we’ll credit or won’t bill refund you the difference. Any discounts we encounter are passed directly to you. And we guarantee quality construction, no matter your budget. 

Not this: Trilogy won’t surprise you with mystery upgrades or hidden fees, and we won’t make any changes without asking you first. 

Process:

Yes: You get regular communication from Trilogy via email, texts, phone calls, etc. during the entire construction process so you understand the status of your build. Our team is on site every day. You’ll have peace of mind knowing exactly what stage your home is in, and when it will be completed. 

Nope: Trilogy doesn’t put you on a waitlist. And we’ll never leave you high and dry halfway through a project. When we commit to you, we see it through.
